Inspired by Giorgione’s The Tempest, this high-jewellery ring captures the charged stillness preceding transformation - the instant when nature becomes prophecy. Mokume-gane unfolds in restless currents, recalling storm clouds gathering above the walled cities and luminous countryside of the Venetian Renaissance. Across its undulating surface, coloured diamonds ignite like lightning, rain and distant celestial signs.
As in Giorgione’s painting, no single story is revealed. The jewel remains suspended between tranquillity and upheaval, the earthly and the divine. It is a landscape worn upon the hand: mysterious, atmospheric and alive with the Renaissance belief that nature could conceal messages written by the stars.
